Welcome to Irish Running Tours... the runner's way to experience Ireland.
Take in the beauty of such places as Galway Bay, the Cliffs of Moher or the Hill of Tara. We take you down the road less travelled, meandering through an endless network of winding back roads. The country silence becomes your running soundtrack and very often your only company is yourself and some farm animals grazing on the hills in the distance. Around the next turn you are likely to stumble upon a medieval castle, a centuries old church or some ancient ruins. So stop to take in the picture-perfect-postcard scenery and breathe it in.

Independence Day at the Bay - UPDATE |

 Saturday July 4th at 6pm - BREAKING NEWS !
Run, fun & sun on Galway Bay! For years America has embraced our national holiday, now it us our turn. Help us to celebrate American Independence Day by running or walking this scenic route on Galway Bay. Proceeds will go to the Irish Heart Foundation. Of course a 4th of July party wouldn’t be complete without a BBQ and music. Galway Bay FM will be broadcasting from the race so drop by and say hi.
Kids 1K kicks off the fun at 6pm followed by the main event at 6.30pm. Entry fee is €20 before June 30th or €25 on the day. Kid’s entry fee is €5.T-shirts for all pre-reg.
*REGISTRATION IS OPEN AND GOODIE BAGS CAN BE PICKED UP FROM 7-9PM ON FRI. 3RD & FROM 2PM ON SAT. 4TH AT THE GALWAY BAY HOTEL*

 Sign up now for the 30th Dublin City Marathon
Now in its 30th year, the Lifestyle Adidas Dublin Marathon in now known internationally as the friendly marathon, largely due to the reaction of the thousands of spectators lining the streets shouting encouragement. The marathon is run through the historic Georgian streets of the city.
